Hallie Hannah, a native Californian, was born and raised in North Orange County.  She obtained her undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice and Sociology from Cal State Fullerton and her law degree from Western State College of Law.  Hallie and her husband have worked together for over 25 years and strive to provide legal services to their clients expeditiously and in the most economic manner possible.  Hallie has represented a wide variety of business clients, from the small business owner to nationwide franchise clients, providing services and advice ranging from company formation, employee handbooks, non-compete agreements, employee separation agreements, reviewing and writing contracts, arbitrating or litigating business disputes and wage and hours issues, and providing general advice as needed.    Hallie has 3 children, and is and has been an avid volunteer at all their schools, including PTSA, school site council, sitting on boards for local school foundations, holds numerous board positions for booster associations and provides advice to non-profits associated with local schools and in the local community on a pro bono basis.   She is also actively involved in her church, and holds board positions there as well.  


Mitch Hannah, a native California, was born and raised in the San Gabriel Valley, moving to Orange County after graduating high school. Mitch graduated locally from Cal State Fullerton with a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in real estate finance and obtained his law degree from Western State College of Law.  He has 30 years of experience of business litigation of all types and criminal defense.  Mitch put himself through college and law school working construction getting firsthand knowledge of development, project coordination and working in various trades. Mitch is also a licensed real estate broker.  Mitch has represented a wide variety of business clients, such as small business owners, real estate developers, agents and brokers, contractors on both private and public works, car dealerships, insurance companies and other business clients and understands your special needs and focus.  All areas of the law are constantly changing and you need a lawyer like Mitch who stays on top of the recent developments and case law and keeps you informed of those changes to avoid problems. Mitch and his wife, also his law partner, are from Mission Viejo and have 3 children.   Mitch gives back by volunteering in his community through coaching, sitting on various community boards and providing free legal services on a pro bono basis to those in need.  He is an avid golfer and enjoys spending time with his family. 



Carol is a native Californian born and raised in Orange County. She has over 30 years of experience as a legal secretary and has been a UCI certified legal assistant since 1983. During the course of her career, she has worked side by side with attorneys specializing in different phases of the law consisting of civil litigation, business, real estate, construction, banking and corporate law.  She was also the CEO and co-owner of a successful construction business in South Orange County for over two decades.  In 2003, she joined the Law Office of Mitchell B. Hannah and has been able to apply her background in business, legal experience, and working with the general public to the practice
